Shipping & Returns

General:
We currently use the main three shippers (Post office, UPS, FedEx) and use their web services to determine the exact current charges for their various methods. I have limited the shipping choices under each one to the most common methods, otherwise the shipping page would be HUGE and confusing with all the options. The site automatically selects the cheapest determined rate and in no way indicates any sort of preference on my part on shipping companies.

Other shipping methods:
If there is some other shipping method you prefer, let me know and I'll see about adding it.

Shipping Area:
We currently only ship within the US or Canada. If there are enough interest from people in other parts of the world then I'll expand....for now I am keeping it simple.

Handling Fees:
There will be a small handling charge to help pay for packing materials

Order Processing:
Most if not all the items for sale involve personalization and thus cannot be taken off the shelf and sent immediately. I will process orders as batches each day and send them out within a couple business days. E-mails will be sent to indicate receipt of payment (in the case of a check/money order) and when you order has shipped.

Out of Stock:
Out of stock items can still be purchased. This just means I am currently out of the raw material I need in order to make this particular item. There will approximately 3 days wait for me to order new material.

Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. For the most part if you are unhappy for any reason return it for a full refund. Conditions are:

e-mail is sent within 7 days of receipt of item describing why you dislike the item....any reason is fine I just want to know that it is coming and why you did not like it.
item is in the same condition as when you received it....you did not paint it or anything like that
you pay to ship it back......you must include your original order number with the package...copy of the invoice or just a handwritten note with the number on it. I need to know where to refund the money to...
permission to keep and use the item as a display/sample. I thought it was great when I sent it so I would be happy to use it as a show piece.

You will receive a refund of the item's amount (not the original shipping fee) in the payment method you used. Pay by check/MO then get check back....pay by PayPal then get PayPal refund...etc
